Final cleaning and administration: one time 60, – € when moving in
Deposit: 410 € / 430 € when moving in.
The deposit will be repaid after moving out, insofar as no deficiencies or damages in the room or at the facility, or demonstrable damage caused by the tenant, remain in the apartment.
