The apartment

The apartment 8 is on the “top floor” on the right and consists of 3 equally sized rooms, 2 shower baths with windows, a kitchen with a common room. The ceiling height is 3.0-3.5 m, which is clearly above the standard height of 2.5 m. The apartment and the rooms are clearly “airier”.

A special highlight is the great roof terrace with nice sunshine in the afternoon and evening. From here you have a great view over the other houses in “Liebenauer Feld”.

Since the apartment is located in the “attic”, there is no further apartment obove. That means there ist no noise or other disturbances from above.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, crockery and cutlery. The living room is furnished with a dining table and chairs. In addition, there is also a flatscreen TV and 2 armchairs. All rooms are equipped with radiators and thermostat according to the latest technical standards.

The rooms

The 4 rooms are all on the south-east side and have a size of about 3,7m x 3,7m = 12m ².

The windows are insulated and fitted with roller shutters. The walls are wallpapered and white painted, the floor is covered with a sound-insulated laminate in dark wood optics.

Facilities include a bed with a nightstand, a desk with a desk chair, a wardrobe and a visitor’s chair. Blankets, pillows and linens can be provided upon request.

On the window side runs the traffic-calmed Carl Schurz Strasse. On the other side of the road is the schoolyard and the sports complex of a Primary school. Therefore the is hardly any noise pollution, maybe during the school breaks.

The rooms have to be cleaned by the tenant. The common room, the kitchen and the bathrooms have to be cleaned in consultation with the other residents as well.
